How to create an invoice, step by step
1. Add your business details
Open the Business tab and enter your company name, address, contact information, and optional tax number. Upload a logo to have it appear on your invoice header.
2. Add your customer's details
Switch to the Customer tab and enter your client's name, company, address, and contact information.
3. Set your invoice details
In the Invoice Details tab, set your invoice number, dates, currency, and payment terms.
4. Add line items
In the Items tab, list each product or service with quantity, unit price, tax percentage, and discount percentage. Use "Add Item" for more rows.
5. Add notes and a signature
Use the Notes tab to add a thank-you message, terms and conditions, and an optional signature image.
6. Export
Review the live preview, then choose "Download PDF" or "Print Invoice" to finish.
